A: Our projects start at $25k, but most of our outdoor projects range from $35k-$150k. Some of our deck builds include covered or screened areas, patios and landscaping and range in the $50k-$125k range dependent on the entirety of the project.
Q: How much is a 3D Design?
A: When a 3D design is needed for the project, the design fee is $2500, which is deducted off of the total project cost if you hire us.
Q: What kind of materials do you use?
A: Most of our projects are build with mid and high grade composite materials like Trex and Deckorators. We use the mid and high grade selection from these manufacturers for handrail selection. We utilize local landscaping companies for pavers, stone, yard covers and shrub selection.

A: We service North Carolina’s Piedmont and Eastern Mountain region including Charlotte, Lake Norman, Lake Lure, Lake James and Lake Wylie, and South Carolina cities just south of Charlotte.
